City View Senior Rental Housing

Neighborhood Housing Partnership partnered with the City of Springfield and NSP2 funds to build twelve new senior apartments on Drexel Avenue, behind the former South High School and near the gateway to Springfield’s central city. 

These apartments are available to residents 55 years of age and older whose incomes do not exceed 50% of the annual median income.

City View senior units have two bedrooms, are accessible to persons with disabilities, are energy efficient, and incorporate “green” environmentally friendly features. 

Each apartment has an attached rear loading garage for safety and convenience.
